helpful staff breakfast choice easy parking central location
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered many choices, including hot and cold options. I found parking under the hotel easy. The hotel's location made walking into the town simple.
The shower pressure was not optimal.

friendly staff convenient location onsite parking clean room
The staff was AMAZING!!! They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with a short walk to nearby attractions. On-site parking was also a definite plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept.
The lift was a little slow at times.

Impressed by Excellent Amenities and Service
excellent heating helpful staff ample choice
The room included excellent heating and air conditioning. This was important for managing the temperature. Breakfast had a good buffet with ample choice and everything needed. Staff were helpful and kind from check-in. They provided assistance and information. The room also had a large TV and fast WiFi.
Soundproofing between rooms was not sufficient. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room. This impacted privacy and made it difficult to relax fully.

The breakfast setup included a pancake machine. The buffet offered a good standard of quality, similar to that of a top hotel. The options were diverse, with beautifully presented and well-cooked food.

fresh fruit walk-in shower hallway noise parking fee
the breakfast offered a variety of options, and i liked the fresh fruit selection. the room was clean, and the walk-in shower was a good size, i found the water pressure to be adequate.
soundproofing was not great, i could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the parking fee felt expensive, i think its added to the overall cost.

Acceptable Stay with a Shower Issue
The location worked fine, and the staff did their job.
The shower barely dribbled water out in my Standard Double Room Sofa Bed Hot. It hardly qualifies as a shower at all and definitely detracted from my stay. I find that unacceptable in this day and age.
